TFOL - resolved deep-link flash. layout.html normalized routes by stripping '/focus-local/public', whichworked locally but failed on A2 where requests are mounted under '/_stage'. As a result, rel paths like '/_stage/story/...'did not match noSplashPrefixes ('/story', '/menu', '/member', etc), causing splash logic to run when it should be bypassed.
