Duties of a Content Moderator on this website

• Monitor user-generated content for appropriate language, tone and subject matter.
• Review and flag inappropriate or offensive content.
• Respond to user inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with terms of service and other regulatory guidelines.
• Follow up on reported incidents and escalate as needed.
• Help develop strategies for improving user experience.
• Report violations of terms of service.
•  Stay up-to-date on changes to the platform’s policies and procedures.
